Hotel reservations will be taken by the St. Louis Union Station Marriott. A block of rooms is available at a special IMA rate of $129 double/single, plus 15.491% tax. Be sure to mention that you are with IMA or Institute of Management Accountants. This rate will be in effect while rooms are available or until the cut-off date of October 12, 2009. Reservations after October 12, 2009 or after the IMA block sells out may be subject to the higher rate. There is no guarantee that rooms will be available until October 12, 2009.

Important Policy Change:
If you make a reservation, we ask that you register for the Conference immediately. IMA reserves the right to verify your Conference registration to support the booking of your hotel reservation. Failure to register with IMA for the Conference within a week of making your hotel reservations may result in the cancellation of your hotel reservation.
