HOW TO REGISTER
IMA’s 14th Annual Student Leadership Conference provides the following convenient methods of registration. Please click on one of the following links to register.
Online registration is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, beginning Tuesday, September 3, 2013. Method of payments accepted online: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Register online and receive immediate registration confirmation. Begin Online Registration.
Faxed registration forms must be received by the registration cut-off dates for registration fees to apply. View registration rates for specific cut-off dates. Fax completed registration forms, including method of payment to 201-474-1600. Method of payments accepted by fax: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Please allow 7 business days for processing and e-mail receipt of registration confirmation. Download Paper Application.
Mailing address: IMA Annual Student Leadership Conference, 10 Paragon Drive, Suite 1, Montvale, NJ 07645. Mailed registration forms must be received by the registration cut-off dates for registration fees to apply. View deadlines for specific cut-off dates. Method of payments accepted by mail: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and check (drawn on U.S. bank in U.S. funds). No wire transfers or purchase orders will be accepted. - Pre-registration closes at 5 p.m.Eastern Time on Friday, October 25, 2013, or until registration capacity is met.
- On-site registration rates will be be in effect starting Saturday, October 26, 2013.
- On-site registrations will incur a $10 late fee.
Attendees registering in advance may pick up their badge and registration materials at the Registration Desk during the hours indicated below for On-Site Registration. Attendees will not be allowed to pick up other attendee badges/materials.
On-site registration hours
Thursday, November 14th 4 p.m. – 7 p.m.
Friday, November 15th 7 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Saturday, November 16th 7 a.m. – 11 a.m.
*Please note: On-site registration fees are nonrefundable.
Internship Opportunities and Win Prizes
Our premier sponsor, Cummins, Inc. will be selecting up to 10 students to interview for internship positions. The two internship positions open are Financial Analyst/Accountant Intern and Finance Systems Support Analyst Intern.
To be considered, submit your resume along with your registration. If you have already registered and would like to be considered, please send your resume to Dionne Downs, conference and events manager, at firstname.lastname@example.org no later than Friday, October 25.
