Welcome to IMA’s 12th Annual Student Leadership Conference! 

With no increase in registration fees, you can attend this year’s conference at last year’s rates!  Pre-registration ends at 5 p.m. Eastern Time on Friday, October 21, 2011, or until registration capacity is met. Space is limited; registration & sessions are on a first-come, first-serve basis. There is no guarantee that space will still be available until Friday, October 21st.  After this date, on-site registration fees apply to all registrants provided IMA is still accepting registrations.

HOW TO REGISTER

IMA’s 12th Annual Student Leadership Conference provides the following convenient methods of registration:

Online registration is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, beginning Tuesday, September 6, 2011.  Method of payments accepted online: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Register online and receive immediate registration confirmation.

Faxed registration forms must be received by the registration cut-off dates for registration fees to apply.  View registration rates for specific cut-off dates.   Fax completed registration forms, including method of payment to 201-474-1600.  Method of payments accepted by fax: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Please allow 7 business days for processing and e-mail receipt of registration confirmation.

Mailing address: IMA Annual Student Leadership Conference, 10 Paragon Drive, Suite 1, Montvale, NJ 07645.  Mailed registration forms must be received by the registration cut-off dates for registration fees to apply.  View deadlines for specific cut-off dates.  Method of payments accepted by mail:  Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and check (drawn on U.S. bank in U.S. funds).   No wire transfers or purchase orders will be accepted.   Please allow 7 business days for processing and e-mail receipt of registration confirmation. 

On-Site Registration:  

  • Pre-registration closes at 5 p.m.Eastern Time on Friday, October 21, 2011, or until registration capacity is met.
  • On-site registration rates will be be in effect starting Saturday, October 22, 2011.
  • On-site registrations will incur a $10 late fee.

Attendees registering in advance may pick up their badge and registration materials at the Registration Desk during the hours indicated below for On-Site Registration.   Attendees will not be allowed to pick up other attendee badges/materials.

On-site registration hours

 

Thursday, November 10th                                  4 p.m. – 7:30p.m.

Friday, November 11th                                      7 a.m. – 5 p.m.

Saturday, November 12th                                  7 a.m. – 11:30a.m.

 

*Please note:   On-site registration fees are nonrefundable.
