Online registration is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Register online to receive immediate confirmation. If you are not currently an IMA student member, please register as a student nonmember and membership will be included in your registration fee.

Cancellation Policy
Requests for cancellations must be submitted via email to LeighAnn Tobia before October 25, 2026, to receive a full refund. After October 25 no refunds will be allowed. IMA is not responsible for incorrectly addressed correspondence. Refunds will be issued within 10 business days of notice.
IMA is only responsible for processing the Conference registration. If for any reason you must cancel your Conference registration, please remember to cancel your hotel accommodation directly through the conference hotel.
IMA reserves the right to cancel the Student Leadership Conference if conditions warrant. In the event of such a cancellation, registration fees will be refunded. IMA is not responsible for any travel or lodging expenses or any out-of-pocket costs incurred.
Only individuals registered and badged may attend Conference events. Guests must register to attend sessions and Conference meals.
